Charles Moore, the owner of C Moore Solutions, has extensive executive experience and knowledge of the resources, manufacturing and primary industries sectors and the state government in South Australia.

Charles brings a unique blend of expertise and understanding of project management and report preparation, unraveling the complexities of government processes, corporate and industry development strategy, stakeholder engagement and communications. He has worked across the state government and industry sectors.

Experience Highlights

Charles led the development and implementation of the internationally recognised South Australian Copper Strategy when in the Department for Energy and Mining. Charles worked with industry, researchers, Aboriginal and regional communities and government agencies to deliver the benefits and outcomes for South Australia, including leading the Copper to the World Conference series from 2017-2019.

Charles has worked in a number of executive corporate, strategy and change management roles:

  • leading business services and corporate marketing and communications units   

  • leading and reforming governance, procurement, risk and audit functions     

  • running major organisational change programs 

  • driving business improvement initiatives

  • developing Aboriginal Reconciliation Action Plans and Environmental Sustainability plans

  • developing organisation project management capability.
